Drugs Permitted

Back in the day, I was doing quite a lot of youth work, taking part in all kinds of domestic and international events, trainings, seminars and stuff, you name it. Just like most of the participants, I’ve never really read camp/venue/etc. rules, relying on my own experience and common sense. In 1998, our TenSing Euroteam ended its mission in Switzerland at an international camp event called Euromeet’98…

The other day, I was going through my “Been There / Done That” archives — actually reading stuff this time — now, see what I’ve found in our camp manual (no image processing here, trust me, just scanned as it is):

You know what the funniest part of this is? Some of them participants took some of the highlighted text literally! Without ever having read it!
